The Tagore Academy, an ICSE affiliated English medium coeducation Plus 2 school, which was started in 1995 by the Tagore Society, Jamshedpur, has completed another successful academic year. In the academic session of 2010-11, the total number of students was 2872 with about 100 faculty members

It is indeed a matter of great pride that there has been a continuous progress and improvement in the all round performance of our students. In this session, we had offered 150 candidates for ICSE who all passed out successfully, thus creating a record of achieving cent percent success every year since it inception. We had offered 115 students for ISC and the success rate was 100%. It is a matter of great pride for us that 10 students secured more than 90% marks in ICSE-2010 and 6 students in ISC-2010, which shows high academic proficiency of our students.

Our library is well stocked with books on verious topic and language.
